Mr. Shah brings a deep understanding of Indian consumer markets based on over forty years of experience with Hindustan Unilever. He has in the past served as Chairman of Lipton India, and Vice Chairman of HUL. He co-founded and managed Indus Ventures, a private equity fund.
Board Positions: Mr. Shah has served as a non-executive Director on the board of several listed companies including Marico Industries, Jyothy Laboratories, CRISIL and Kotak Asset Management.
Education: Mr. Shah is a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
